Quite often salespeople take advantage of the "Law of the Master Mind" by joining with as many other salespeople as they can. This force allows the to increase their sales through the co-operation of others, so much so that it would be impossible to reach the same sales by themselves.
What is accomplished from engaging in the formation of a Master Mind group will stretch the visions and ideas of the most enthusiastic and imaginative individuals.
Usually in any great organization, there is one individual that comes off as a person that is able to communicate and to inspire the remaining team to perform far better than any other group inside a same organization. It is that personality that causes others to believe in themselves that anything they dream or desire is possible through efforts of their own doing.
The belief that is created is so powerful that is transferred to the customer. They too are able to detect the force of the Master Mind without realizing what it is. They just know that they like the personality that is coming out of the organization and that makes them comfortable participating in a purchase.
Most people are not buying products, they are buying information. The product is just something that comes with what they purchased. Had it not been for the information, they most likely would have purchased the product some place else, unless of course, your product was being sold totally on price.
Teach what you learn
The easiest way to learn is to teach others what you are learning. You will retain more, engage others and in the process form a Master Mind. When you are able to share with others and help them to grow, your satisfaction will become so great that you will continue to seek more knowledge faster. This only causes greater reinforcement in your mind.
How the Master Mind is created
The Master Mind is happens when you create a group of two or more people that are blending their thoughts together in perfect harmony. They must share a vision and be working towards that attainment of that vision. This bond creates a virtual third mind that takes the the combined thoughts and creates a common idea far superior to that of the separate ideas generated by each individual.
