Another Day of Strong Growth On Empire Avenue

Friday, was a strong day of growth on Empire Avenue with my share price increasing .955 to close at the end of the trading period. Additionally, and more importantly, the dividend is strong with a ton of growth potential making (e)KIRKTAYLOR and excellent buy for both new and existing shareholders.

Part of the strategy is to continue to increase purchasing power of strong stocks, reducing the activity effort and increasing return on investments on the best stocks available, while focusing effort on social media activities that account for almost half the score.

Keep watching as we continue to grow this stock into record charts.

Dividends and Short Shareholder Messages

My Dividends are rising so I took the liberty to tell my shareholders about them in a brief message. It cost me to send the message, but it was well worth it as it more than doubled eaves from people buying my shares. That drove my share price up over  a dollar.

All this on a day when I have been upgrading my PC so that I can function better. Already I notice a huge difference.

I’ve sent three shareholder messages this week, the response has been great and so I’m planning on sending them more often. Why not, when I find I get great results!

Have a great Friday!

Blog Templates With Built-in SEO

Blog templates that have built in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) features are proving to be great tools when using WordPress. I use StudioPress Themes for WordPress

A Blog Template like Genesis from StudioPress Themes for WordPress gives you numerous selections that you can use and are offered in an unlimited package. It’s such a great deal that I’m using the template package to create multiple blogs, and I’m getting incredible results back.

Blog templates are easy to install in WordPress. Just go to the Themes setting and upload the ZIP file and then select activate to get the theme rolling.

WordPress has a widget section which allows you to insert customer parts to your website. Each template ads certain options to insert as well as options for additional positions.

Having a great blog template in place before you start blogging will help to get you off on the right foot.

Simply Post more to your blogs

If you really want to make better dividends and see your price go up, you only need post more to your blogs, at least when it comes to Empire Avenue.  Why not try it and see how your performance changes.

I haven’t spent too much time on it yet, but I would bet having blog posts from multiple blogs would greatly help the number as well. I’ve got five blogs, the maximum that count, but haven’t been spending enough time working them all. I stay primarily focused on my personal blog, which is also the best revenue generator of them all.

You can have blogs that are located on free hosts, and you even could have a Word Press Blog now, that is separate from the five blogs.

What does it take to make your share price up?

You might think that your actions on Empire Avenue are what controls your stock price. Just buying and selling on Empire Avenue won’t make your price go up, at least the way you think it will. That doesn’t mean that you can automatically forget about buying and selling. You do have to work your account, but it’s critical that you spend more time working your social media strategies. Clearly, Facebook accounts make a substantial impact, but your blog posts are critical as well.

Simply making many blog posts a day will help you raise your dividends, which helps you raise your price and if you do your blog posts right, you’re going to make real money! It won’t happen overnight, it’s going to take time.

Bottom line, focus on blog posts. Get content build up and over time, you’ll see your traffic pick up. When your traffic picks up, you’re going to be able to monetize it. That means you’ll begin to make money.

Understand that blogs that make money need hundreds of posts before they start to see anything substantial. If you can get to thousands of posts, you’re going to find out that you’re going to do really well.

It takes effort, but it’s worth it. Empire Avenue will accept up to 20 posts a day and give you credit. That’s quite a bit of work, but if you could produce 20 posts a day for 100 days, and if you are able to create fresh content, you’re going to make money.

Improved Dividends Even thought Share Price Is Down

I’m not quite sure what to think about this. My dividends have improved substantially, yet my share price continues to drop. People are selling based on the average dividend that they see which causes the share price to accelerate lower. It takes about a week to get the dividend to show above share price and were a couple of days to go yet with share price at 103.68 and average dividends at .84, even thought today’s dividend was 1.06.

Go figure….

Interesting Responses from Shareholder Message

I had a great response from my shareholder message that I sent out the other day. In fact, over 100 of my shareholders acknowledged the message and said that it was great.

I posed questions about why you’re participating in Empire Avenue. I was surprised by the results and decided that I will do a more extensive post on my personal blog. It’s great that so many people take the time to acknowledge and read posts I make.

Thank You.

Empire Avenue, are you getting value out of it?

The question is, are you getting value out of Empire Avenue? If you’re not building relationships and simply playing the game, you’re not likely doing well.

That’s why I have to reformulate my strategy if I”m to keep on Empire Avenue. It helps to monitor activity that I do on other social media networks, but it takes quite a bit of work just to monitor other social networks.

Relationships have to be built that turn into monetary reward, otherwise the effort in Empire Avenue is jut not worth it.

The good news is that many people are developing those relationships and even making them turn into profit. It can be done, but you have to do more than just spam people. You have to build trust among them.

I’ll be working hard to do just that. It means learning more about the leader boards and the up and coming stars on Empire Avenue. It’s about finding ways to help others out so they can make more money too!

Keep watching and I will keep growing. Break times over and we’re going to the top.

Buying Vs Selling – What’s better for you?

Empire Avenue is a social media game designed to create relationships through a virtual stock market. While the object of the game to some is to make a great return, it seams to make quite a few people mad when their stock is sold off by people playing the game the way the real world operates.

That makes your decision a tough one, do you end up holding on to bad stock so you don’t make someone mad, or do you sell them off to build your value?

What if you want to focus on building value and you don’t have to mess with selling everyone off?

You don’t have too, in fact,t he real value is built when you’re working making real money and social media is a part of that so focus on the other aspects like building your scores on social media platforms. That gives you the chance to focus on work that turns into real money while you build relationships on Empire Avenue.

When you do work on Empire Avenue, start out by using your daily dividend earnings to add more shares, then spend time acknowledging other people through likes, recommends and tweets. They will appreciate your efforts and give back to you.

Oh, and if you have to, don’t worry about selling off someone who hasn’t been active for over seven days which essentially means zero activity on Empire Avenue, it’s OK to move on and sell them off. It’s worth the risk to free up the opportunity to buy someone else.

Are Groups Worth The Effort?

I recently quit a very active group that is all about supporting each other in Social Media strategies on empire avenue. It works out well for people that have not developed any following to at least get some action, but is pointless other than raising your virtual scores.

You end up doing a lot of work commenting on stuff that you don’t really read and if your doing that, then everyone else is doing it too. That just doesn’t help you make real money.

What was the last straw was having a newbie member of the group tell me that I didn’t tweet about them and that according to “the rules” I had to. She demanded this of me after I explained to her that I had not only commented, I retweeted her tweet, which is better. She didn’t know how to see it in Twitter, under their new interface and told me that I didn’t do it.

I decided to sell her stock, unfollow and unfriend her. She’s high maintenance and no profit potential. Remember, focus on what will make you real money, not win a game.

That said, I tweet out people that I buy stock in, I leave messages, I usually will buy stock in people that buy stock in me as long as your a good buy and I” friendly to anyone that is friendly to me.

Ultimately, I noticed that the message threads in the group were being policed really hard, and quite frankly the effort wasn’t worth what I was getting out of it.

So think about it, is it really worth the effort to trade off commenting and liking content of people that you might not even own stock in? I don’t think so. After all, shouldn’t we be liking what we are interested in and forgetting about the rest?
